empowering the team to deliver on its goals and staying connected with all cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.ResponsibilitiesThis role's key deliverables include:Manage simultaneous communication initiatives from the start to the complete delivery;Planning and implementing operational processes, ensuring efficient use of resources;Defining project scopes, objectives, and writing briefs to ensure the clarity of each job;Developing detailed plans and organizing communication jobs;Assembling and coordinating with cross-functional teams and third partners;Taking ownership of managing budgets and timelines;Using strategic thinking to contribute actively and collaborate with the team in all phases of work;Constantly monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary;Guarantee completed projects within budget and on time;Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards;Serve as the primary point of contact about the operation, responding to day-to-day communications, progress and status to stakeholders;Aligning expectations throughout the project, avoiding any potential risks and providing clear communication;Preparing high-quality work presentations with a strong ability to communicate processes and ideas;Managing risk, anticipating potential needs and problem-solving;Negotiating and managing contracts with vendors and partners.
