We are looking for a proactive and highly organized High Volume Recruiter to support hiring efforts across multiple U.S. locations within a fast-paced healthcare environment.This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for frontline and community-based positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure efficient hiring processes and a strong candidate experience.The adecuado candidate enjoys high-volume recruiting, candidate interaction, sourcing, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume frontline positionsPost jobs and source candidates through multiple channelsConduct phone screenings and candidate evaluationsCoordinate interviews with hiring managersManage offer process and pre-employment stepsMaintain active candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needsProvide an excellent candidate experience throughout the processTrack candidate activity and recruiting metrics within the ATSPartner with hiring managers to support staffing prioritiesSupport hiring across multiple locations and communities 2-4 years of recruiting experience Experience with high-volume recruiting environmentsExperience recruiting hourly or frontline positions Strong communication and phone screening skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions simultaneouslyExperience using ATS platforms and sourcing toolsStrong organizational and time management skillsAdvanced English communication skills requiredExperience recruiting candidates in the US.
