JOB SUMMARYHexArmor is seeking a Logistics & Operations Manager to support the launch and growth of our Mexico operations.
This is a high-impact, multi-functional leadership role designed for someone who understands logistics as one part of a broader operational ecosystem.The adecuado candidate will lead operational execution across supply chain, inventory, systems, compliance, distribution, cost optimization, and customer delivery.
This role is designed for an entrepreneurial leader who wants to grow with the company and eventually take on broader leadership responsibilities across regional operations.
LOCATIONMonterrey, Mexico TRAVELUp to *****% based on operational needs JOB RESPONSIBILITIESSupply Chain & Inventory ManagementLead inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment strategies to support customer demandMaintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing working capital exposureOwn inventory accuracy, reconciliation, cycle counts, and inventory controlsManage inventory aging, stock rotation, and slow-moving inventory action plansWarehouse & Distribution OperationsManage warehouse operations through third-party logistics (3PL) partnersCoordinate inbound receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipmentsEnsure service levels, shipping accuracy, and operational compliance across distribution partnersMonitor daily warehouse KPIs and implement corrective actions as neededWarehouse Systems & ERP IntegrationManage warehouse operations through WMS and ERP platformsEnsure transaction accuracy across inventory movements, receipts, shipping records,
