We're looking for passionate Licensed Clinical Psychologists to join Intellect, a leading mental health platform dedicated to making quality care more accessible around the world.As a practitioner on our telehealth platform, you'll have the opportunity to empower individuals on their mental health and personal growth journeys — providing meaningful, one-on-one support through 60-minute video sessions tailored to each client's unique goals and needs.This is a freelance, fully remote role that offers you the flexibility to choose your own schedule — making it a great way to complement your current job or private practice while joining a collaborative, mission-driven general community.What You'll Do Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or occasional onsite mental health support for Intellect's clients.
Work with a wide range of clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
Collaborate closely with Intellect's internal clinical team to continuously improve our programs and platform.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Counseling or Clinical PsychologyExpertise: Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)Experience: A minimum of 300 clinical hours post-master's degreeLanguages: Proficiency in English and your local languagePreferred Background: Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial rolesFlexibility: Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary (Guadalajara)If you're passionate about mental health and eager to make a difference while working flexibly and globally — we'd love to hear from you.
