This role is responsible for managing patient communication and handling a range of administrative and back-office medical tasks.Responsibilities:Answer incoming patient calls in a professional and courteous mannerSchedule, confirm, and manage patient appointmentsHandle insurance verification and authorization processesPrepare, send,
