MezTal is looking for a Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the finance operations of a U.S.-based client.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in Accounting or Finance who want to begin building international professional experience while working with a U.S. team.In this role, you will assist with accounts receivable activities, customer communication, and payment follow-ups while collaborating closely with the accounting team.
You will also gain exposure to U.S. accounting processes and international business communication, making this a strong starting point for a career in accounting and finance.The adecuado candidate is confident communicating in English, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Support the accounts receivable process, including follow-up with customers regarding outstanding invoices Communicate with clients via phone and email in English to resolve payment questions or discrepancies Assist with tracking outstanding balances and updating AR records Maintain clear documentation of customer payments and account status Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records Provide support during month-end close activities related to AR Maintain professional communication with both internal teams and external clients Escalate payment issues or account concerns to senior team members when necessary Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates are welcome) 0–1 year of experience in accounting, finance, customer service, or call center environments Strong English communication skills,
