Descripción del trabajoEnsure the correct operation, supervision and control of the outsourced security service, guaranteeing the protection of people, facilities, assets and inventories, through effective management of security personnel in the warehouse blocks, with reinforced control in warehouse areas due to their high level of patrimonial risk.
Direct monitoring from the security vendorCoordination of assigned guards per block and per shiftAccess control, patrols and lockersPrevention of loss, theft and unauthorized accessIncident and audit responseEvaluate the performance of security personnel (KPIs, incidents, discipline).
Coordinate periodic meetings with the supplier.General support to EHS activities as required (example:
