About the RoleAs an EDI Implementation Specialist, you will own EDI integrations end to end, from intake through testing, launch, and stabilization.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is comfortable working directly with technical systems, external partners, and internal development teams.This role is best suited for someone with strong EDI fundamentals who enjoys problem solving, testing, and implementation work, and who can manage multiple integrations in parallel with minimal oversight.What You'll Do Day to DayOwn tickets representing EDI integrations for external partners from start to finishReview and interpret partner specifications and validate fit against existing EDI mapsRun testing and verification cycles with external partners to ensure integrations meet requirementsBuild net new mappings using internal tooling across common transaction sets when requiredPartner closely with internal engineering teams, providing feedback as tooling and processes evolveCommunicate directly with external partners during testing and go-live phases (speed and responsiveness matter)Troubleshoot issues, resolve errors, and ensure integrations remain stable post-launchTrack progress across multiple integrations and manage timelines with light project management disciplineRequired Skills (Non-Negotiable)Strong EDI knowledge with hands-on experience supporting implementations or integrationsComfortable working with APIs, Postman,
