We are looking for a new Lifestyle PR team member to join us.

At CWW Mexico, we work with some of the world’s most exciting tourism, travel, and hospitality brands. We design strategies that connect tourism brands with Mexican travelers through PR, content, social media, marketing, travel trade, and experiences that drive results.

We aren't looking for a traditional PR profile.

We are looking for a "digital-first" mindset.

Someone who is comfortable navigating:

- Social media

- Digital PR

- Content amplification

- Influencers and content creators

- Trends and analytics

- Tourism and storytelling

What will you do?

• Support digital PR strategies and initiatives

• Identify exposure opportunities across traditional media, digital outlets, newsletters, podcasts, content creators, and social platforms

• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, and content creators

• Spot trends, cultural conversations, and relevant opportunities to connect brands with audiences

• Support influencer campaigns and creator collaborations

• Develop communication materials: pitches, supporting copy, talking points, media follow-ups, and digital campaign support

• Monitor results, digital conversation, earned media coverage, reach, engagement, and performance indicators

• Research trends in tourism, social media, and digital behavior

• Work closely with PR, Marketing, Digital, Design, and Travel Trade teams to execute integrated campaigns

• Turn ideas into impact

What we’re looking for





• At least 5 years of experience in PR, Communications, Digital Marketing, Tourism, Journalism, or related fields

• A keen eye for detail—it’s not about perfection, it’s about excellence!

• An understanding of the current digital and communications landscape

• Knowledge of social media platforms. • Genuine interest in digital trends, media, influencers, communications, and tourism

• Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish

• Strong writing skills and attention to detail

• Organized, proactive, and execution-oriented mindset

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or speed

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva

• Experience with monitoring tools, analytics, social listening, or media monitoring is a major plus
