What we're looking for

3 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, or Employee Services

Advanced English proficiency

Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes

Experience working with ticket management systems and service delivery environments

Excellent analytical, communication,



and problem-solving skillsi>Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach

Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields
