We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Program / Delivery Manager who can operate as the primary onsite point of contact between the client, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and offshore delivery teams.

This is not a traditional PMO role focused only on status reports and meeting coordination.

We need someone who can understand the client's business problem, translate it into an executable delivery strategy, anticipate risks before they become escalations, and confidently recommend Plan A, Plan B, and Plan C when delivery is challenged.

What You Will Own

- Act as the primary onsite client-facing Delivery / Program Manager
- Manage complex Retail, eCommerce, B2B and/or B2C technology programs
- Own project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, budgets, and delivery commitments
- Build and manage integrated project plans, including critical path analysis
- Coordinate onsite and offshore/general delivery teams across multiple time zones
- Lead Development, QA, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Data, Product, Business, Operations, and external vendors
- Drive projects from discovery and estimation through development, QA/UAT, production release, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization
- Manage RAID, change control, decision logs, escalation paths, and executive governance
- Resolve delivery conflicts between vendors and technical teams
- Handle complex client escalations and develop recovery plans before issues reach executive leadership
- Present realistic delivery options based on time, cost, scope, risk, quality, and business impact




- Manage Go/No-Go decisions and production readiness
- Identify additional client pain points and opportunities where the delivery organization can add value and expand the engagement

What We're Looking For

10+ years of Project, Program, Delivery, or PMO Management experience

Strong experience managing enterprise technology programs

Proven Retail and/or eCommerce technology exposure

Experience with B2B and/or B2C digital platforms

Strong understanding of SDLC and end-to-end technology delivery

Proven client-facing and executive stakeholder management experience

Experience managing distributed, onsite/offshore, or vendor-based delivery teams

Ability to manage project risks, dependencies, escalations, and recovery plans

Strong understanding of project planning, estimation, budget, scope, resource planning, and critical path

Experience managing multiple technical workstreams simultaneously

Technical / Commerce Exposure

The ideal candidate should be comfortable discussing several of the following:

- Payments / Checkout
- Inventory / Fulfillment

- Third-party vendors and implementation partners

Experience with platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, Magento, Oracle Commerce/ATG, SAP Commerce, Shopify, Mirakl, SAP,



Oracle Retail, or similar enterprise ecosystems is highly valuable.

We are looking for someone who can sit directly with the client and confidently say:

"I understand the problem. I understand the technical dependencies. Here are the risks. Here are three viable options. Here is the cost and business impact of each one. This is my recommendation, and this is our contingency plan."

You should be able to challenge unrealistic expectations professionally, protect delivery quality, influence senior stakeholders, and keep multiple teams aligned toward a successful go-live.
