Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for making things work seamlessly? We’re looking for an Integrations Support Engineer to join our team and help our clients get the most out of our product.
In this role, you’ll customize our product on client websites, ensuring everything integrates smoothly and performs at its best. You’ll work closely with clients to provide technical solutions and communicate next steps clearly. Your tasks will include configuring database and CRM integrations for efficient data flow, setting up and adjusting in- house tools to meet client needs, and using Python, SQL, and JavaScript to process data into clear, understandable presentations.

What You’ll Own
- Personalize Client Websites: Use your CSS skills to make our product look and feel right at home on client websites, ensuring everything is visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Enhance Functionality:
Bring your expertise in JavaScript and HTML to add custom features and improvements, making our product even better for our clients.
- Client Implementation & Onboarding: Lead the technical implementation of new clients end-to-end, from initial technical discovery through go-live, translating client requirements into a working configuration and keeping implementation timelines on track.
- Client Communication: Partner with clients, understand what they need, and provide the right technical solutions.
- Database and CRM Integration: Set up and fine-tune database and CRM connections to keep data flowing smoothly and operations running efficiently.
- Tool Configuration: Adjust our in-house tools to fit client needs and ensure everything launches without a hitch.
- API Integration: Use REST APIs to connect our product with other services, boosting its capabilities.
