Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report to stakeholders regularly. Program timing and development plan for each ADAS ECU/System. Oversee GIMS/Issue Management and burn-down processes, identifying and resolving issues as they arise. Identify the need for and coordinate ADAS War Rooms when necessary. Lead Assembly Plant Pilot builds, ensuring smooth execution and timely resolution of ADAS issues. Coordinate ADAS software implementation trials (PER trials) and collaborate with EE SWAT team for End of Line (EOL) activities. Take the lead in resolving any ADAS SCA Vehicle Audit issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide support to Core Engineering Team, including part verification, APQP, DV/PV, and Off Tool parts activities. Manage EBOM (Engineering Bill of Materials) and oversee Quality/Warranty analysis, implementing necessary actions to address quality concerns. Coordinate Assembly Plant clean points and oversee Service Actions to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. Manufacturing support for calibration station and EOL. Investigate and Action Bulletins (Feasibility, Impact Analysis, Technical Solution)
