Responsibilities
The Opportunity in Mexico City
As an Associate Field Sales Development Analyst, you will support Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM)



teams across LATAM by ensuring accurate customer and route configuration and helping maintain the systems and data that enable effective field execution.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving operational challenges, and collaborating with teams across different markets. You will gain exposure to sales operations, route management, and commercial processes while contributing to the day-to-day execution of PepsiCo’s last-mile operations.
Your Impact
As an Associate Field Sales Development Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
Maintain customer and route configuration in Omnitracs for assigned LATAM markets.
Validate route structures, customer information, geocoding, truck assignments, depots, and loading days.
Monitor system information and identify data or configuration issues that may impact Sales and Go-To-Market execution.
Investigate operational issues and coordinate with local and regional stakeholders to support timely resolution.
