About the role
We are seeking a Project Engineer to support the development, launch, and continuous improvement of residential HVAC products. This role collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure successful product introductions,



engineering change implementation, and ongoing product support. The Project Engineer will participate in technical projects from concept through production launch, contributing to product validation, manufacturing readiness, problem-solving activities, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting business objectives related to quality, cost, delivery, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from development through production launch.
Participate in prototype builds, pilot runs, product validation, and launch readiness activities.
Coordinate assigned project tasks and support cross-functional teams in achieving project milestones.
Support the implementation and tracking of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
Evaluate impacts of engineering changes on BOMs, manufacturing processes, tooling, and documentation.
Provide technical support for manufacturing, quality,
