About the Role
The line maintenance technician is responsible for supporting production, taking care of their safety and integrity
What You Will Do
Analyzes, diagnoses and repairs electrical, mechanical,
hydraulic and pneumatic equipment related to the installation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Performs operating diagnostics and equipment failures to find opportunities to perform preventive, productive or corrective maintenance, including repair of failures.
Perform the uninstallation, disarming, dismantling or changes that are necessary in the equipment.
Participates in the development and programming of preventive and predictive maintenance and executes them.
Prepare requisitions of parts and materials that are required.
Verify that the equipment and instruments work properly and are properly installed and calibrated.
Comply with the requirements of quality management systems (IATF) and environmental management (ISO14000) that are applicable to your position
Make the changes in machines and equipment that are necessary for the model changes of the line.
