About the Role:
The Senior Accountant is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial records, timely financial reporting, and compliance across complex, multi-currency operations. This role provides ownership of key accounting processes, including account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, month-end and quarter-end close activities, audit support, and resolution of complex accounting matters.
Operating with limited supervision, the Senior Accountant applies strong technical accounting knowledge, professional judgment,



and business acumen to identify risks, resolve issues, and deliver accurate, decision-ready financial information. This position also serves as a key partner to cross-functional stakeholders and plays an active role in driving process improvements, strengthening internal controls, and supporting finance transformation initiatives.
What You Will Do:
Maintain financial records in accordance with U.S. GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely resolution of reconciling items.
Prepare internal financial statements and supporting schedules for management review.
Execute month-end and quarter-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Process, review, and analyze complex accounting transactions within Oracle and related systems.
