Position Mission: Enable seamless HR operations and strengthen workplace engagement by promoting an inclusive, employee-centered culture. Responsibilities: Support the administration, renewal, documentation, and performance evaluation processes for interns Coordinate onboarding sessions for new employees Maintain and update employee databases and personnel records Assist with the planning and organization of internal events Provide support and respond to inquiries from employees and interns Requirements At least one year remaining before graduation Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communication or a related field B2 English level or higher (Upper-Intermediate) Schedule: 100% on-site – Apodaca, N.L. Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
