Assure the correct tracking of the recruitment process for Operations.
Manage recruitment vendor as: background check, medical check, psychometrical test, and job boards for talent searching.
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verify references; compare qualifications to job requirements. Use proactive methods (specifically social media channels) to direct source candidates, stay current on industry and functional trends to further build Gates Talent Community
