Design the commercial strategy and business development roadmap for Digital Solutions within the Strategy & Business Development Chapter.
Evolve our digital health portfolio across two core pillars: a) Lab Insights Solutions (laboratory operational efficiency) b) Healthcare Insights solutions (AI-driven clinical decision support).
Thrive in a high-performing, collaborative culture centered on trust, innovation, and long-term impact (Innovation & Technology).
Co-create the 3-year Business Plan, bridging local market opportunities with regional and general strategic priorities.




Ensure commercial stability and customer satisfaction across our existing installed base, resolving operational bottlenecks and contract tracking.
Drive market expansion and new business development, targeting both private and public healthcare ecosystems.
Lead, coach, and empower a cross-functional team of product and business partners, fostering autonomy and agile leadership.
Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Business Intelligence to build integrated value propositions.
Manage P&L;, budget execution, and financial performance metrics to maximize the long-term profitability of our digital solutions.
You hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a Healthcare-related field.
You bring proven experience in business development, commercial strategy, or product management within HealthTech, Medical Devices/Diagnostics, or Enterprise IT (B2
