Your Role

Responsibilities & Scope
- Support and troubleshoot issues related to:
- Power BI:
- SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises:
- Microsoft Excel
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while meeting established service levels and performance standards.
- Escalate complex issues when required and collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
- Document incident resolutions, troubleshooting steps, and support procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in support processes and knowledge management.
- Provide coverage aligned with business and operational requirements, including collaboration across general delivery teams.
