Are you ready to be the ultimate guardian of aviation safety on the shop floor? We are looking for a highly technical, detail-oriented Quality Cell Leader to oversee and guarantee the technical integrity of aerospace components. In this role, you will lead a team of specialized cell inspectors, including handling Non-Destructive Testing (Ultrasonic Testing), Airflow testing, Heat Treating, and Aerospace Welding under strict international standards (AS9100, FAA, EASA, AFAC, CAAC ).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Special Processes & NDT: Supervise Ultrasonic Testing (UT) inspections, validate technical airflow benchmarks, and monitor heat treating and aerospace welding operations.
- Equipment & Calibration Control: Ensure all inspection systems, airflow benches, furnaces, and IM&TE; tools hold valid calibrations before every shift.
