Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure to meet scalability and reliability needs
- Implement Docker-based container solutions and oversee deployments on EKS
- Model and refine database schemas and SQL queries to improve performance
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across different time zones to align delivery
- Conduct code reviews and enforce high code quality standards
- Troubleshoot production and development issues and drive timely resolution
- Document technical decisions and solutions while keeping communication clear across the team

Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Python, including Python.Core concepts, modern frameworks, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services and core AWS services (Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), S3, RDS) plus Docker containerization for deploying and operating containerized apps on EKS
- Solid background in relational database design, tuning, and administration using SQL with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar




- Excellent problem-solving ability with the independence to own work end to end
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Self-motivated mindset with strong organizational and prioritization skills

Nice to have
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Background in financial services or enterprise environments
