Bespoke Psychiatry, is a growing psychiatric practice Our group provides the highest quality of psychiatric care in the long term care setting, in numerous locations in USA.
We have an immediate need for a clinical support specialist, who assists the team in servicing patients by keeping the patient record up to date and assimilating all outside clinical information from medical professionals into our EMR system, transcribing information into electronic health records under physician supervision, and various other general office matters related to the operation of a medical practice. Coordinates both internal and external communication about general and clinical information. Including communication with pharmacies and providers, monitoring and uploading tests results and consults, patient medical records from outside facilities.
Qualifications
- Trainee doctors, social service or recent graduates.
- Psychologists (master's degree in neuropsychology is a plus).
- Chemists with a master's degree (or doctorate) in neurobiology, psychology or psychiatry.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Collecting and organizing general patient’s data
- Review and transcribe medical service provider’s information.
- Identify psychiatric medications.
- Following instructions.
- Providing additional support to the team when needed.
- Schedules, cancels and confirms appointments,
- Request records and manages X-file.
- Management of Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Google Sheets
