Your Role-
- Oversee the integration of AI services using the Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), optimizing their utility across projects.
- Mentor and coach the engineering team in best practices for utilizing Claude Code, GitHub (with PR-based workflows),
and GitHub Projects.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and product requirements.
- Conduct architectural reviews and code assessments to maintain high standards for software quality and security.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, exploring new AI technologies and methodologies that benefit the engineering process.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on AI technologies and cloud computing.
- Proficient in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), React 18, TypeScript, Python FastAPI, and modern databases (Firestore, Google Cloud SQL).
- Solid understanding of Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) and familiarity with Claude Code, GitHub (PR-based workflows), and GitHub Projects.
- History of leading technica
