After Sales Service Manager

Responsible for managing the nationwide network of authorized service providers across Mexico for consumer electronics and home appliances. Ensure high-quality after-sales service by overseeing vendor performance, warranty operations, spare parts management, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop third-party service partners across Mexico.
- Monitor service KPIs, conduct quality audits, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Oversee warranty claims, invoice validation, and after-sales cost control.
- Coordinate spare parts inventory and distribution to service centers.
- Train service technicians on repair standards and best practices.
- Resolve escalated customer and retail partner issues.
- Prepare performance reports and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Requirements:




- 3+ years of experience in after-sales service management within the home appliance or consumer electronics industry.
- Proven experience managing external service provider networks.
- Strong knowledge of warranty processes, spare parts logistics, and customer service operations.
- Advanced Excel and CRM skills.
- Advanced written English for communication with headquarters.
- Willingness to travel domestically and be based in Mexico City.

Sueldo: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 al mes
