Base Salary: From $15,000 MXN/month + Negotiable based on experience + Uncapped Commissions in USD.

The Mission (What you’ll do)
This is a pure outbound, high-velocity sales role designed for true closers.
- Pipeline Ownership: Master the outbound process prospecting, breaking through gatekeepers, and qualifying high-value B2B international accounts.
- The Full Cycle: Own the deal from the very first cold outreach to the final handshake and signed contract.
- Portfolio Equity: Build, nurture, and retain your own B2B client portfolio through systematic, high-impact telephone follow-ups.
- Metrics That Matter: Meet daily outbound activity benchmarks and smash monthly revenue targets using our CRM infrastructure.
