JLL seeks a Senior AI Engineer specializing in Gen AI tools and intelligent agent development to automate and enhance the Corporate Legal function. You will architect, build, and maintain advanced AI solutions, collaborating with Legal stakeholders, data scientists, and IT teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. We expect a self-starter with proven technical depth, strong data science foundation, and leadership ability, ready to contribute immediately and help shape the legal technology landscape at JLL.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Legal leaders, business users,



and JLL Technologies teams to analyze legal processes and identify automation opportunities using generative AI.
- Architect, develop, and deploy Gen AI models and intelligent agents for legal workflow automation, contract analysis, risk assessment, legal research, document generation, and other critical legal functions.
- Implement solutions that ensure the security, integrity, and scalability of data and processes.
- Create and maintain dashboards and AI-driven reporting tools to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Solve complex problems in an agile environment and provide technical leadership to other engineers.
- Monitor performance, usage, and compliance of all Gen AI automation tools, ensuring robust change management and auditability.
- Stay abreast of emerging Gen AI technologies and ensure JLL's legal automation solutions remain at the forefront of industry standards.
