Every touchpoint of the guest journey is designed around storytelling, culture, and conservation, carrying our promise: “See Beyond the Ordinary.” As the property grows its international presence, we are building a dedicated sales and marketing function for the Latin America region.
Position Summary
The International Agent — Latin America is Kuona Serengeti's dedicated commercial representative in the region, responsible for driving Latin American tourist arrivals and trade business to the lodge. This role builds Kuona Serengeti's presence in a market where competition for the luxury safari travellers is intense and dominated by globally recognised, well-established operators. The agent's mandate is to bring Kuona Serengeti's trade engagement, relationship depth, and market visibility up to that same standard within Latin America, working through established destination management companies (DMCs) and specialist tour operators with strong, proven Latin American client bases.

This is not a generalist sales role — it requires familiarity with how the established players in this space operate and sell, and the credibility to be taken seriously by the same trade network they already work with.
