Role Description
The Software & Automation Engineer will join Quintana Ingenieros in a full-time, on-site position in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area.
The role will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining software and automation solutions that improve how different areas of the company operate.
Depending on the problem, solutions may include web applications, APIs, databases, Python or PowerShell scripts, Microsoft Power Platform workflows, desktop automation,



scheduled processes, system integrations, or AI-enabled tools.
The engineer will work directly with operational and administrative teams to understand existing processes, identify opportunities for automation and translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain internal software applications.
Develop front-end interfaces and back-end services for web-based solutions.
Build and maintain APIs, databases, integrations, and automated workflows.
Automate repetitive administrative and operational processes within Windows-based environments.
Develop automation using Python, PowerShell, APIs, scheduled jobs, and other appropriate technologies.
Design workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and, where appropriate, Power Automate Desktop.
