* Work closely with Line of Business Leaders to ensure manufacturing plans are
aligned to Product Roadmaps.
* Responsible for End of Line Testing Equipment, Parameters, scripts and Capex
associated
* Lead, Develop and implement manufacturing plans for assigned new products
according to NPDI program
* Lead and Provide direct support for plant-to-plant product transfers and new
product development programs.
* Support Vertiv manufacturing operations using standard processes, equipment,
and manufacturing methods.
* Identify, justify, pilot, and commission Advanced Manufacturing technologies,
processes, equipment, and practices. Capital projects that support Growth,
NPDI, Product Transfers, Technical Capacity and Footprint associated
* Provide support for manufactured cost analyses of new and existing products.
* Responsible for the execution of Manufacturing Readiness Checklist and
deliverables of NPDI Process
* Leader for Manufacturing Prototype builds along with the local operation team
to achieve 2 weeks LT
* Accountable and Supportive Role for Engineering Prototype builds with Design
Engineering
* Actively intervenes in growth strategies for assigned BU, footprint and
technical capacity definition
* Implement best manufacturing practices for existing processes and provide
multi-site manufacturing engineering support.
* Assist with business-critical capital projects including facility planning,
layout, and cost justification.
QUALIFICATIONS
BSME/IE/Business Operations Management and 3-5 years manufacturing experience or
equivalent
MSME/IE/MBA and 5+ years of Advanced Manufacturing experience
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma formal training or certifications.
Requirements:
