Mindbody has a complex suite of products and features that customers rely on to run and grow their businesses. As the platform has grown in size and complexity, so has the opportunity to more consistently embed data into how we build and prioritize.



Product Analytics exists to unlock that opportunity.

We are a dedicated analytics function embedded within the Product organization, focused on surfacing timely, actionable insights that help our teams build better products and drive real business outcomes. We partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to understand how customers interact with our platform, identify friction and opportunity, and measure the impact of what we ship. We are a distinct team from Business Intelligence, though we partner closely with BI, who own centralized reporting infrastructure, while we focus on fast-paced, exploratory analysis tied directly to product decisions.
