AI Full-stack Engineer (Next + Python) at BairesDev
In this role, you'll own the frontend surface of a streaming chat app now expanding into analytics views for a sales revenue workstream, where accuracy shapes real customer conversations. Working inside an established design system, you'll build reusable components and hooks, prototype alongside Design on generative UI, and extend Python services when the frontend needs them. This is your opportunity to bring genuine craft to a product where UI detail truly matters,
with room to grow from Senior through Staff scope depending on what you bring.
What You'll Do:
- Own the frontend surface of a streaming chat and analytics application.
- Build reusable components and hooks within an established design system.
- Prototype alongside Design on generative UI concepts.
- Extend Python services when frontend features require backend changes.
- Raise experience issues proactively, with strong attention to pixel accuracy and accessibility.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience with React and Next.js in TypeScript, 8+ years for lead-level scope.
- 2+ years of experience building AI/LLM-driven applications.
- 2+ years of experience with Python, or 4+ years of backend experience for lead-level scope.
- High attention to detail in UI, including pixel accuracy, design spec fidelity, and proactive polish.
- Experience with AWS.
- Availability to work PST hours
