Warehouse and Transportation Logistics Specialist (US Operations)

Position Overview
The primary objective of this position is to ensure the smooth and efficient export logistics operations of the PanaSystem US LLC warehouse. The role includes coordinating warehouse and transportation processes, monitoring operational performance, and working with internal teams and external logistics partners in the United States.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
At least 3 years of proven experience in warehouse and/or transportation logistics, preferably within European or international logistics operations.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Fluency in Russian or Spanish will be considered an advantage.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, including data processing, reporting, and analysis.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced,
multitasking environment.
High level of stress tolerance, attention to detail, and accountability.
Results-oriented approach and ability to meet established deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, put-away, internal movements, and outbound processes.
Ensure inventory records are accurate and all warehouse transactions are reflected in WMS/ERP systems in a timely manner.
Manage inventory levels, monitor stock turnover, and prevent stock-outs and overstock situations.
Conduct regular inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy checks.
Control the preparation and processing of primary logistics documentation, including GRNs, delivery notes, and shipping documents.
Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and the operational requirements of business partners.
