About the Role:

Role: Accounts Payable OR Billing Specialist
Location: Mexico City (Hybrid for 2 days in the office)
Employment Type: Fixed Term (3 months) and good chances of extension

Key Responsibilities:
Process and validate Accounts Payable invoices
Prepare and maintain billing and invoice records
Reconcile payments, receipts, and discrepancies
Perform bookkeeping and maintain financial records
Support month-end financial activities and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payments
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Billing, or Accounting
Hands-on experience with invoice processing
Workday experience is required
Knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
Proficiency in Micro
