About the Position:
We are looking for a Program Manager with a deep knowledge in software development (DV/PV Test) Mechanical design basic / Intermediate knowledge/ Optics / Hardware graphics, to join the Electronics Division team, reporting directly to the Project Manager.
This position is based at our office in PIVA Aguascalientes.
Your Responsibilities will be:
Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, manufacturing, purchasing, etc.) to deliver electronics projects on time, within budget, and to required specifications.
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans (timelines, milestones, resources, risk management) in alignment with customer requirements and Marelli standards.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary interface with customers and internal/external stakeholders to ensure project expectations are understood and met.
Cost & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and cost efficiency. Support preparation of cost estimates and recovery plans when needed.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify and manage project risks/issues, drive mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive problem solving.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present regular project status
