Job Description
YOUR MISSION?
You oversee the overall quality and consistency of the culinary experience, ensuring the highest standards of service, food preparation, storage, cleanliness, and organization throughout the kitchen.
You are responsible for managing and optimizing kitchen costs while maintaining the quality and generosity that define Mama.
You inspire, lead, develop, and supervise the kitchen team, creating a positive, energetic, and high-performing environment.
You ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, while guaranteeing the proper use, care, and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
You lead by example and make sure that every plate leaving the kitchen delivers the true Mama experience
