About the role:




As the Risk & Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Atlas' Health & Safety (H&S;) program across 160+ Atlas countries. You will work closely with the Director of Risk & Compliance to design and implement a integral occupational health & safety (OHS) program from the ground up, tailored to the diverse industries and risk profiles of Atlas' EOR client base. As a key member of the Risk & Compliance team, you will manage enterprise-wide H&S; risk mitigation projects and lead the development and localization of H&S; corporate policy.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance & Regulatory Monitoring – Monitor, interpret, and implement OHS legislation and standards across jurisdictions, ensuring Atlas meets or exceeds local regulatory requirements. Educate internal departments on obligations and build cross-functional relationships to embed compliance.
