This position is based in Monterrey and Pesquería, Actual León, and requires regular field work, including customer visits, as well as availability to travel as business needs require.




We are looking for an experienced Commercial & Sales Manager to lead our commercial organization and drive sustainable business growth in the construction and industrial sectors.
This position is responsible for developing and executing the company's commercial strategy, achieving sales, margin, and profitability objectives, and identifying new market opportunities. The role also includes leading the sales team, strengthening relationships with strategic customers and distributors, negotiating key commercial agreements, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing to align commercial initiatives with business objectives. Responsibilities also include monitoring sales performance through CRM systems, KPIs, and sales forecasts, analyzing market trends and competitive activity, and implementing action plans that improve commercial performance and operational efficiency.
