Who will you be working with?
Our Operations Excellence Global Materials team partners with Wabtec employees and sites across the Wabtec enterprise.
Here you’ll routinely interact with Wabtec stakeholders to standardize Global Material processes and practices, help solve existing material issues, define strategies, and continue to measure and improve on the metrics to obtain Lean Materials Operation Excellence.
How will you make a difference?
The Integral Planning teams support sites by establishing standards and continuously improving on those standards through use of lean methodology to harmonizes best in-class manufacturing to the sites on their transformation journey. This role will be responsible for creating continuity in processes within the Planning organizations through training, feedback and coaching of planning practices, processes, and procedures.
What do we want from you:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
