About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day financial operations of a U.S.-based company.

This role is ideal for someone with solid bookkeeping experience who is comfortable managing financial records, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and other routine accounting activities. The idóneo candidate is highly organized, comfortable working independently, and has experience using QuickBooks.

Previous experience supporting U.S.-based companies or clients is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Record and categorize daily financial transactions.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
Prepare and issue invoices and track outstanding payments.
Monitor expenses, payments, and financial transactions.
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger.




Assist with month-end closing activities.
Prepare basic financial reports and summaries.
Maintain organized financial documentation and supporting records.
Identify discrepancies and assist in resolving bookkeeping issues.
Collaborate with management, accountants, and other team members as needed.
Support additional bookkeeping and administrative finance tasks as required.

Requirements
2–3+ years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, preferably QuickBooks Online.
Strong understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.
Experience with bank reconciliations, AP, AR, invoicing, and transaction categorization.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable working with Excel and/or Google Sheets.
