The Accessory Engineer is responsible for the complete lifecycle management of
vehicle accessories, including exterior, interior, and commercial part &
accessories, from concept through design, development, release, validation,
launch, and ongoing product support. This role works closely with
cross-functional teams, suppliers, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and program
management to deliver high-quality accessory products that meet customer
expectations, program timing, cost targets, and quality requirements. The
position supports production, dealer-installed, OEM, aftermarket, and vehicle
customization programs across multiple vehicle platforms.
