Role Description
The Azure .NET Full Stack Production Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining business-critical applications built on .NET / ASP.NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure. The role requires strong hands-on experience in application support, issue diagnosis, root cause analysis, bug fixes, minor enhancements, deployment support, and continuous improvement of support processes to ensure stable, reliable, and SLA-compliant production operations.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor applications and resolve production issues within SLA




Troubleshoot .NET APIs and Angular UI issues
Perform RCA and bug fixes / minor enhancements
Support Azure-hosted applications (App Services, Azure SQL, monitoring)
Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures
Assist in deployments via Azure DevOps
Maintain documentation and improve support processes
Required Skills
Experience in .NET / ASP.NET Core debugging
Knowledge of Angular (issue tracing & API integration)
Hands-on with Microsoft Azure (monitoring & support)
Strong SQL Server skills
Experience in production/application support
