About the Role
- Role: Accounts Payable OR Billing Specialist
- Location: Mexico City (Hybrid for 2 days in the office)
- Employment Type: Fixed Term (3 months) and good chances of extension
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and validate Accounts Payable invoices
- Prepare and maintain billing and invoice records
- Reconcile payments, receipts, and discrepancies
- Perform bookkeeping and maintain financial records
- Support month-end financial activities and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payments
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Billing, or Accounting
- Hands-on experience with invoice processing
- Workday experience is required
- Knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
