What will you do:

Support Product Engineers in the development, validation, and continuous improvement of products and manufacturing processes.
Assist in analyzing product performance, yield, quality metrics, and reliability data.
Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action implementation for product-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Process Engineering, and Supply Chain.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, specifications, and engineering change records.
Support product qualification activities, testing, and data collection efforts.
Analyze engineering data using Excel and other digital tools to identify trends and improvement opportunities.




Assist with product transfer, new product introduction (NPI), and product lifecycle management activities.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, cost, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Create presentations and reports to communicate project progress and technical findings.
Follow company safety, quality, and engineering standards while contributing to daily operations and special projects.
