SUMMARY
The International Sales Support Specialist provides administrative, technical, customer service, and business development support for CMF Global's international sales efforts. This role works closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing, international distributors, contractors, consultants, and internal departments to support sales growth, improve customer experience,



coordinate project activities, and strengthen CMF Global's international market presence.

The position is designed to support and enhance international sales activities, allowing senior sales personnel to focus on business development, relationship management, and strategic growth initiatives.

Role Description the International Sales Support Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting global sales activities and customer accounts. This role assists with coordinating international orders, documentation, and shipping logistics to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. The specialist responds to customer inquiries, prepares quotations, maintains sales records, and supports export financing processes in collaboration with internal teams.
