Paid Media Specialist & Influencer Marketing

Requirements





3+ years of experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, and/or Influencer Marketing, preferably within Digital, Influencer Marketing, or Creative agencies
Hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
Experience amplifying Influencer and Creator content through Paid Media strategies
Knowledge of Influencer Marketing and Creator Marketing, including scouting, campaign execution, content management, and performance analysis
Experience managing Paid Media and Influencer Marketing budgets, including allocation, monitoring, optimization, and reallocation based on results
Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPE, CPV, CPA, conversions, ROAS, and ROI
Experience working with Partnership Ads, Spark Ads, whitelisting, boosting, and creator content amplification
Knowledge of UGC strategies and creator-led content for organic and paid campaigns
