How will you make an impact?
As the Country Operations Senior Manager, you’ll serve as the onsite leader for our Guadalajara operations, overseeing day-to-day performance, professionalism,
engagement, and operational health for a 60+ person workforce.
This is an elevated leadership role that blends operational oversight with strategic people management and accountability. You’ll be responsible for driving recruiting and retention strategies, establishing measurable productivity and engagement goals, leading regular executive business reviews, and ensuring our Mexico operations are fully aligned with company values and performance expectations.
Your leadership will directly impact productivity, retention, engagement, and the overall success of our nearshore operations.

- Serve as the primary bridge between the Guadalajara team, Intugo management, and U.S. leadership—providing clear communication, consistent updates, and strategic recommendations on operational performance and employee satisfaction.
