A fast-growing SaaS fintech company with offices in Monterrey, NYC and Switzerland is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join its Accounting team in Monterrey. This is a great opportunity with growth potential, idóneo for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in SaaS finance and work closely with both Accounting and Customer Success teams.
Beyond receivables, this role will assist with revenue operations, including tracking and analyzing renewals, upsells, and churn trends — making it a great entry point into cross-functional SaaS operations.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full AR process: prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up with customers
- Maintain accurate aging reports and monitor overdue accounts
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to track renewal timelines and upsell opportunities
- Analyze and track customer data related to contract renewals, churn,
and upsell conversion
- Support month-end close activities related to AR
- Assist with improving billing workflows and documentation
- Partner with the Finance and Ops teams to resolve billing issues
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or accounting
- Experience in a software, recurring revenue or subscription-based company is a strong plus
- Experience reviewing customer contracts to understand and track payment amounts
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and comfortable working with financial data
- Familiar with accounting and invoicing tools (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive communicator
- Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Curious, collaborative, and ready to grow
This is a full-time, on-site (some flexibility here) role with salary and benefits
