We're looking for a high-performing Controller to join our team and help our clients scale sustainably.
Position Summary:The Controller will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations for multiple client accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting, adherence to GAAP, and timely month-end close. This role requires strong leadership, technical accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse clients.

? This is a remote position with a required work schedule of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time (CST).

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all accounting operations for assigned client accounts, including general ledger,



A/P, A/R, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process; ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and review internal financial statements and provide variance analysis and commentary.
- Maintain and implement internal controls and accounting best practices across client environments.
- Ensure client compliance with U.S. GAAP and any relevant regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with client tax advisors and auditors as needed.
- Train, supervise, and mentor client accounting staff or offshore support teams.
- Partner with US Controllers, CFOs and senior finance leadership to deliver insights and support strategic decision-making for the client.
- Assist in creating and implementing financial policies, procedures, and systems improvements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.
